About me
I am a full-time sustainability content creator and my niche lies in the intersection of social justice, fashion & lifestyle, and the environment.
I am absolutely a left-brained analytical gal – having pursued higher education in business administration, operations, and supply chain management. But my right-brained creativity has come to the forefront post-college through writing, sewing, and sharing content online.
My motto when it comes to sustainability is “progress, not perfection” and I live for the nuances within the environmental movement.
all about
As a freshman in high school I heard that fashion bloggers got free clothes. So I started a blog.
Originally called “Tunes & Tunics”, my blog was a space to explore fashion trends and document my personal style outside of the uniform I wore every day in high school. The original tagline was “fashion on a babysitter’s budget”. My blog posts consisted of fast fashion brand recommendations, OOTD’s, and trend inspiration I gathered on Pinterest.
As a freshman in college I was assigned a research paper in my first semester: sustainability issues in an industry of your choosing. After watching The True Cost documentary and learning about the environmental and ethical impacts of the fashion industry I felt like I had to change everything about my blog and what I stood for. My blog became ACTEEVISM – “like activism but with a tee shirt in there” – and I shifted my focus to sustainability in my own life and online.

I quickly yearned for specific and tangible knowledge that could help me change the fashion industry for the better. Knowing I didn’t see sustainable product design in my future, I leaned into my analytical mind and began a Master’s of Science program in Global Supply Chain Management in 2019.
While I received a holistic supply chain education, I focused on sourcing and supplier management in my classes and worked in supply, demand, and long-term planning for two global footwear and apparel brands.
Upon completing my Master’s program in 2020, I dove into the world of TikTok and quickly built a community of environmentally conscious (and curious) folks across various social platforms. After contributing to building Cocokind’s TikTok account from 10k to 100k over the course of 2 years, I focused on seriously on building my own platforms and have been creating full-time since 2023.
